The Hamamonyo Furoshiki in Happy Cherry

This furoshiki pattern is the very traditional Japanese pattern known as Seven Treasures. Circles overlapping in geometric quarters look like petals and each centre forms a star. The pattern is thought to be auspicious for good relationships.

The colour palette of this gorgeous furoshiki reminds us of cherry blossom in the Spring!

We are thrilled to add this beautiful addition to our furoshiki collection.

This is one of our furoshiki from Yokohama. Yokohama, near Tokyo, has a rich textile screen-printing heritage that was built on the skills of ukiyo-e woodblock printers in the 19th century.

This 90cm square furoshiki is perfect for folding and tying into a modern, stylish bag. It also creates stunning gift-wrapping - so the furoshiki is very much a part of the gift!

Our new Furoshiki Handbook is the perfect addition to your furoshiki. Easy-to-follow diagrams and beautiful photographs help you to make stunning furoshiki bags and gift-wraps. You can buy it here!

Take a look at our Furoshiki Tutorials here to see lots of videos, helpful diagrams and ideas for how to wrap furoshiki. It's easier than you think!
