Shipping Policy
United Kingdom (UK)
All orders are subject to a flat shipping charge of £3.95.
Free standard delivery is applied to all UK orders over £25.00.
(UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Isle of Man only). ​

Europe
Where applicable, all orders will now be shipped International Tracked + DDP (or International Tracked where necessary), and are subject to a flat rate shipping charge of £10.00. Please order through our Etsy site ZusetsuStore to see all of your taxes upfront and pay them at checkout.

USA
We now offer shipping to the USA through the Royal Mail DDP service which includes the tracked shipping cost, the tariff fee, and the handling charge, for a flat fee of £25.

Canada, Rest of the World
All orders will be subject to a flat rate shipping charge of £10.00.​​

Dispatch
Domestic orders are generally dispatched Royal Mail First Class. International orders are generally dispatched Royal Mail International Tracked (+DDP where applicable).

Dispatch Times
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receipt. (Please bear in mind British Bank Holidays when making your order, as our UK Post Offices will be closed!)

It is important that items are returned unused, and in perfect condition.
